Dr. Gonzalo A. Clavijo
Founder, Lead Agent
Our leader and founder is a family-oriented businessman born and raised in Venezuela and professionally formed in the United States of America. He brings over 30 years of professional experience in the healthcare and sports industries. As a Doctor of Pharmacy he cared for patients and their treatments and always offered a realistic and caring hand to those that needed his services, a real people’s person. As an executive, his natural business acumen equipped him with the ability to negotiate, relate to others and get the job done. It's this same work ethic and combination of people’s skills and sharp business mentality that he carries over to his role as a FIFA-USSF Registered Players’ Agent. Clavijo represents players who, like him, live and breathe soccer, want to succeed, provide for their families and enjoy life. He is an avid fan of the beautiful game, a passion he has fueled over his lifetime, first as a player, coach, team manager, youth travel club executive board member and ultimately, as a players' agent.
Francisco J. Gonzalez
General Counsel & USSF Registered Agent
Francisco is a practicing civil trial attorney and USSF Registered Players’ Intermediary. He studied law at Barry University’s School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2003. Francisco is admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the District of Columbia, and the State of Florida, including the Middle Federal District Court.
At PSP, Francisco focuses his practice on agent and federation regulations around the world, contract negotiations, endorsements, sponsorships, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing, as well as guidance through expertise in the areas of wealth management, business operations, financial planning, career development and post-career planning.
Carlos Saldaña
General Counsel & Panama Agent
Carlos a Panamanian, attorney and player agent obtained his Law degree from Universidad Santa María La Antigua (Class of 2007). Carlos’ professional expertise is broad and diverse particularly in the areas of commercial and contract law, contract negotiations, corporate law, migration law and sports law. He worked as a legal advisor to the Panama's Olympic Committee from 2007 until 2010 (Comité Olímpico de Panamá “COP”). Presently he is also working as legal advisor for the Panama City Municipality, on projects focusing on the new public and sporting infrastructure for the city.
Carlos’ passion for soccer is unquestionable, an eagle eye for recognizing good talent, tremendous work ethic and people skills. Carlos will support PSP recruiting and managing efforts of players in Central America with an emphasis in Panamá.

Diego Clavijo
Head of Scouting
Diego Clavijo is a University of Florida alum with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management. Diego is currently an UEFA B License candidate under FA Wales. Most recently, Diego served as a Coaching Director for an Elite Youth Academy named Total Football Club (Houston, TX), a member of the new MLS Elite Youth Development Platform and partner of the Houston Dynamo Academy.
Diego possesses a strong understanding of the game having invested in soccer at an early age as a player before becoming a qualified coach. Diego has a diverse background in recruitment and relationship-building through his years of coaching across the United States, and international coaching experiences in both Sweden and Wales.
Sandra Cabrera
Accounting & Finance
Ms. Cabrera possesses over 20 years of experience in the areas of tax and accounting services for individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. To our players, Ms. Cabrera provides a reliable variety of accounting, tax, and financial management services tailored to meet the specific needs of the player and his family.
Ms. Cabrera holds a BS and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Cabrera is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
